Conduct market surveys, analyze data, or collect information to help the company find and select qualified and suitable candidates for open positions, and successfully achieve the company's goals.

Job Scope

• Provide guidance and support to PC staff to ensure they achieve the company's goals.

• Analyze and identify clients' hiring needs.

• Conduct market surveys to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of clients and the team.

• Develop recruitment plans for all application channels.

• Analyze the desirable qualifications for each position and collect data for recruitment purposes.

• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment/resignation summary reports with reasons.

• Prepare monthly workforce summary reports for supervisors.

• Record and report recruitment performance results.

• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Age 23-30 years.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in in-store product sales (PC).

• Skills in communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer service.

• Knowledge and skills in communication.
