Job Description

Lead the company's accounting and finance team and set the company's financial strategies and goals.

Job Scope

• Plan and manage the company's financial resources and activities, including fundraising, investments, financial statement preparation, planning and forecasting, compliance with accounting laws and standards, and risk management.

• Provide financial advice and performance reports to the company president, managing director, and stakeholders.

• Offer financial guidance and support to other departments regarding business decisions and growth opportunities.

• Present and review internal control policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and transactions.

• Manage and control the company's cash flow and investments, utilizing financial resources efficiently.

• Supervise and coach accounting and finance managers and staff, providing performance evaluations and development.

• Represent the company in dealings with external auditors, lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Age 35-40 years.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.

• Expertise in accounting and financial skills.

• Skills in management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
